When filling/signing a consultation form, we give you the option to NOT subscribe to our newsletter; although you are free to opt-out anytime.
We will only use personal data for the purpose it was collected, we will seek your consent if we need to use it for other purposes. Financial details will not be stored after use.

Appointment Bookings
We will collect personal data from you, or the person you are booking for when you book with us. If booking for another person, you must have the authority to use the persons data for the purposes set out by our privacy policy.

Your rights concerning your personal data
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
We will update or amend personal data, if you inform us of changes and inaccuracies.
We retain personal data for the period required for processing, for example billing data is retained in accordance with financial record keeping.
We will not transfer your personal information to a third party unless legally obligated to do so.
